My Small World Bilingual Nursery (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a bilingual nursery located at Block 11, Street 108, House 40, Jabriya, Hawalli Governorate, Kuwait. This policy explains how we handle the information families share with us through this website, by phone, on WhatsApp and on social media.

This website does not require accounts, does not include contact forms and does not collect personal information automatically. We only receive personal information when you choose to share it with us, for example:

• Your name and phone number when you call us or message us on WhatsApp;
• Details you share about your child (such as name and age) when asking about registration;
• Messages you send us on Instagram or other social media.

We use the information you share with us only to:

• Answer your questions and respond to your messages;
• Help you with registration and enrolment;
• Keep you updated about your child and nursery news.

We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties except where required by the laws of Kuwait.

We use WhatsApp (a Meta product) to chat with parents. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We only message families who have contacted us or asked to hear from us, and you can ask us to stop messaging you at any time.

We love celebrating our little ones! Photos or videos of children are only shared publicly (for example on our Instagram) with the consent of their parents or guardians. If you would like a photo of your child removed, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

We keep the information families share with us only for as long as it is needed, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure and limited to the staff who need it.
